Salmon Tikka

🍏 A fantastically quick and easy takeaway. Also works with Halloumi, chicken and prawns.

Serves 2

 
pan fried salmon in a tikka marinade served with broccoli, butternut square and a yoghurt and cucumber dip

2 tbsp olive oil   
1 tbsp garlic paste   
1 tsp ginger paste   
Juice of 1 lime   
1 tsp chilli flakes   
1 tsp garam masala   
1 tsp paprika   
Pinch of salt   
2 salmon fillets cut into chunks

 

1️⃣ Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and add the salmon.    
2️⃣ Warm some olive oil in a pan on a medium heat. Pan fry the salmon for about 5 minutes turning the chunks half way through.   
3️⃣ Serve with veg and a yogurt dip with cucumber and mint. Add rice if you need more calories.
