Walnut and Oat Crusted Salmon
🍏 A fantastic combination of omega-3, fatty acids. Even if the rest of the day has gone to pot this delicious easy dinner will get you back on track!
Serves 2
2 salmon fillets
3 tbsp oats
3 tbsp walnuts pieces
A little olive oil.
1️⃣ Season the salmon then crush up the oats and walnuts in a bowl.
2️⃣ Add 1 tbsp of olive oil at a time until the mixture sticks together (probably about 2tbsp) and place on top of salmon.
3️⃣ Cook at 180C for 15 mins
4️⃣ Serve with salad or vegetables
