Lamb koftas with Greek salad

The lamb with cumin is a great flavour combo.
This meal is perfect for preparing ahead and then only takes 10 mins to grill.

Serves 2

350g lean lamb mince (also works with beef)
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 spring onions, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

 

1️⃣ Tip the lamb mince into a bowl. Add the other ingredients and season well.
2️⃣ Mix the ingredients then mould into 4 equal-sized sausage shapes around a skewer.
3️⃣ Grill for about 5 mins each side or until brown and cooked.
4️⃣ Serve with Greek salad and tzatsiki. Add pittas for extra calories if you need them.
