Breakfast pancakes

🍏 A deliciously tasty way to start the day

Makes 1 pancake

 
breakfast plate containing a flourless pancake, berries and yoghurt
 

1 egg
1 banana
1 scoop of protein powder (I use Great Lakes gelatin collagen but there are plenty of plant based ones if you prefer)

 

1️⃣ Blitz the ingredients in a blender.

2️⃣ Warm some coconut oil in a frying pan.

3️⃣ Cook for a couple of minutes each side.

And there you have it breakfast is served!

Optional extras:
- a couple of tbsp of oats, particularly if the banana is very ripe and the mix is too runny.
- a tsp of nut butter
