Sticky Harissa Chicken

A deliciously spicy and sticky chicken dish. Tasty and easy to make.

Serves 2

 
pieces of chicken in a sticky harissa marinade
 

4 to 6 skin on chicken thighs
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp harissa
1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

 

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and cover with the marinade.

Cook for 35 mins. Serve with couscous and plenty of green veg.
